Another Dead ABit KR7A Mobo??? *Desperately seeking help*

Okay, so today I just picked up a new Asus A7N8X Deluxe w/ Barton 2500+ for myself today and gave my dad my old mobo and CPU cuz I messed up his old ABit KR7A mobo last month while trying to upgrade. Now I pulled out my ABit KR7A Fully working motherboard today and set up my dads PC. I was installing windows xp and half way through the installation it froze in mid installation, So I had to Hard Reboot. Well after I rebooted i got the Beeps of death one that I've never heard before. I tried to clear the CMOS and attempt to install windows xp again, well again it gave me the same beep. Sounds like One Long beep then one that kinda sounds like the beep is losing power (sorry for a crappy description) after that no post. I would have taken out each component looking for whatevers causing this problem but Its late and I dont want to make a mess at this hour. Can anyone please help me with this I'm like frustrated beyond belief with these damn ABit mobos.
