Best not to get anywhere near those cartels. They are bad news and even the government/police won't touch them.

They're probably skinning him alive or cutting his fingers off one bit at a time as we speak. They make ISIS look like teddy bears.

I know the criteria, and I said what I said. Maybe technically, but not really in the spirit of the thing IMO. Plus we don't really know if he already had kids.
