Connected L1 bridges on duron 750 couple days ago. I have the bios1.0 b16 on a Turbo Raid. So I tried o/c @100fsb and the only multiplier I can boot up at consistently is 9. The 9.5 will run but when I turn the comp. back on a few hours later it won't boot, beeping incessantly.
So I decided to lower the multiplier and go to 133fsb. What happens? The only underclock I have been able to do is 7@100fsb, and have have done this many times but only seen it actually boot up as 700 2 times. Anyway, I noticed that I had to increase the voltage to 1.7 in order to successfully boot up at 7x, and I can always do this when I look in the bios, even if it says 750 at post.
Unusally I don't have any of the problems moving to 133fsb that other people in this forum and what Anand identified with the board booting up @133 with its original multiplier. Once I get 7x in my bios @100fsb, despite what the post says the cpu is running at, I can switch to 133. I can currently run at 9.5@100fsb and 7@133fsb stable, but when I boot up the comp. hours later it seems to have problems. Anyone have similar experiences?
