- I would go with 2 gigs of ram. Choose 667 and more size if you have to as most overclock to 800mhz.

- 320gb is $20 more than a 250 gb. That means you are paying even less than 30 cents per gigabyte.

- Your graphics card is hardly sufficient for medium gaming. $110 EVGA 7600GT

- Why do you have 1 Arctic Silver Ceramique Thermal Compound - OEM AND 1 Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound - OEM ? Pick the latter.

- 1 Thermaltake Smart Fan II A2029 120mm 2 Ball Case Cooling Fan and 1 ARCTIC COOLING Arctic Fan 12 (AF12) 120mm Fluid Dynamic Case Cooling Fan - Retail ? Honestly, I have ran a case with 7 case fans and with 1 case fan and the difference in temperatures is barely noticable. Having 1 intake at the front and 1 exhaust at the back is more than sufficient (plus will keep the system quiet). Your case option already has 1 exhaust fan, so adding only 1 more at the front to cool the hard drive is enough imo.

- if you don't plan on overclocking, there are cheaper motherboards out there.

Home office applications do not require an insane conroe system, so don't worry about that 🙂

If you plan to play games they will be crippled by that graphics card. Your processor will not even be given a workout. Go for a better card - and you might want to look at a higher rated power supply for it.

Are you overclocking? Looks like an overclocker system what with the arctic silver, extra fans, etc. If you are, then there is better RAM out there, G Skill HZ comes to mind. 2GB of it is better for games. If you're not overclocking you can get a cheaper motherboard and get rid of the aftermarket cooling products.

Your list could stand some improvements like a better PSU, CPU and more RAM.
I recommend Newegg for your components and they got a big sale going on with rebates, and the like.

Thanks all for the advise I am working with a 1k budget and the PSU is my largest concern still working on it. The 1gb of ram will work for now and I was planing on upgrading to 2gb when/If prices drop back again. The 7600 Gt looks good and I will be adding it to my build. My plans are for two fans and the extra one on the list were intended as upgrades for the one that comes with the case I will probably only order one to add to the front. I have looked at seveal reviews of the case and they were all mostly positive and I like the idea of leaving the HDD rack out for more open air flow and mounting the drive in an unused 5 1/4' bay.
