Another Computer Setup Thread: What is your Setup & Why?

Another Computer Setup up thread. I always enjoy seeing what other people have as a setup and the purpose of there setup. This is meant to be fun and entertaining. Also to see what we can dream up for our future setups.

A couple of my other friends always show each other our setups. I figure since were all friends on Anandtech we should share our setups. This would be fun.

My Purpose: I do not play games I just never gotten into them. All I do is mainly microsoft word, firefox, dreamweaver, and aim. I mainly look at data. I am still using a P3 1000ghz PC, it has been good to me for the last four years.

My Current Setup: PC Dell 2405 & 15in Powerbook for Mobility
The Purpose: I use my computer with the 24in dell as my primary work horse. I use this computer to develop all my software, implementation, and etc. I have no aim or any other kind of distracter programs installed. Instead all my entertainment software is installed on my Powerbook. I always have that on the go since I always type some crazy idea I have. Normally when I am at home I run both my 24in pc and powerbook in conjunction since on the powerbook there this aim program called Adium I love. Which they need to port it to windows, this will happen when macs go to intel chips.

My Setup in the Past:
PC Samsung Dual 19s & 15 in Powerbook for Mobility
The Purpose: I love having dual monitors my workflow always seems to be more productive. Having dual monitors do seriously helps a lot in doing anything.

My future Setup (within a month): Triple or Quad Dell 2005s Vertical & Powerbook for Mobility
The Purpose: Currently I am starting up a business in which I deal with way too much information and I need to have more information displayed. At the same time I like having all my apps maximized when viewing because it seems like I am more productive when information if framed. I like how you can turn the Dell 2005s vertical because I like viewing large amount of information.
Questions: Does anyone have any past experience with three of these mointers setup in this configuration?

Lets have fun.
I want to see your setup and why?

Well... I guess I'll go

My one and only setup is an A64 3200+ based computer that I use mainly for just everyday internet stuff. I used to be more of a gamer, but I haven't really played a game besides Tie Fighter or Red Alert 2 in months.
Must be because I'm on Anandtech all day 😉
My interest in keeping current with the latest computer products has taken a back seat to my new hobby, Home Theater.
I've been making various changes and upgrades over the past couple years and have done a lot of research. I try to help out others who are starting to get into the hobby with some tips I've gathered and try to point them in the right direction for getting the best bang for the buck.

My computer's main display is a 19" NEC CRT, but I also have component output hooked up to my Infocus 4805 projector so I can watch videos or games on the HT system.

Socket A Sempron 2400 with 768RAM and 240 GBstorage and a GeForce2 GTS. It sits on my coffee table and is used for Playstation and Nintendo emulation, divx movies, internet and all my music.

Probably buying an A643000, X800GTO, another 512 stick and mobo this Christmas. Then this will be relegated to HTPC and emulation.

Socket A Sempron 2400+ @ 2.0 ghz with nforce2 mobo/1 gig ram/40 gb/radeon 9700

Use it for internet, some light gaming, photo editing, e-mail, word processing, programming.

P4 1.8Ghz - 768 RAM or so.
Two hard drives, both 120s I think.
Purpose is jsut general web browsing, email, etc. Also use it to convert MPGs to XVids of TV shows that I record on my PVR.

P4 1.7Ghz
SAGETV PVR computer. Got the computer for free when wife's old company was throwing it out (they are dumb). Runs SageTV as my PVR and runs CommandCubes for my home audio jukebox system. Always on
