another computer problem..

WHen i start my computer this pops up everytime..

Its an window with the title "RUNDLL"
its says:

"Error Loading NvQtwk"
"The Specified Module Could not be found"

and it forces me to click ok.
I think this is left over from my nvidia gts-v tweaking days.. its been here for a while and i have decided to get rid of it? So how can i get this error ot go away?

Get a Mac
