Get into work today and come to see that one of our servers had a memory dup on it. Reboot the machine, and it says no OS found. That sinkingfeeling started up right about then.
I reboot again and go to the RAID array screen, and it says "None found." Oh boy, time to panic. I call the company that leased it to us and told them that the SCSI card is DOA, and they come out and take the server away.
So i go about the dubious task of emailing everyone, telling them that 2 major databases are down for awhile. We have the databases all on backup, but that will set us back to thursday, since the server crashed during the friday backup.
On top of it, email is down, and i have no idea why. I cannot believe 2 servers die in one weekend. ARGH!!
