This is getting ridiculous now on my PC, happens about 4 times a week. This message displayed at Blue Screen: dxgmms1.sys. I have the latest Catalyst Suite 11.2. I took all the steps in the graphics card drivers (removed all drivers with driver sweeper, ran CCleaner, rebooted PC, installed CCC 11.2, ran CCleaner again, rebooted) still the same.
I also installed the latest BIOS on my MSi 790X-G45 motherboard, AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE chipset driver updated. Ran Prime 95 and no overclock what so ever. Ran memtestX86 for 6 hours, no problems on the Corsair 6gb Dominator. Power Supply is a Corsair AX700watt modular, I know thats enough juice for this setup. 2 raptor WD360's and 1 640gb Black Caviar.
I have researched that message on google. Seems many ATi Graphics card users are having the same issue from the 4850-5850 Radeon HD Series. Mine is an HIS 5850 HD. Been through their website with many ticket submittals to get their attention for the past week or so, nothing yet.
Seems that the more time they want to ignore it, to make my 1 year replacement warranty expire and I will not let them win on this. I will contact AMD once again via telephone and if they dont give me any form of help, I will pursue legally against them. I have no choice.
