Another Best Buy Scam???

Hmm.. weird when I go to try to login @ BestBuy, the "your account" and "login" won't work. Anybody else get this?

Zulu, I truly am I n00b, but chill. When there's a potential scam at an e-tailer going on, I think its fine to post it in a place like this where there are multiple links to such sites.

I sincerely doubt that the mods care either, but if you think they do, send them a PM and request that they look into the thread. Please stop spouting off about the thread, it doesn't serve any legitimate purpose. You're not a moderator... let them do the policing.

Absolutely not! If the call center knew everything that was going on then nobody would ever get away with getting items that are price mistakes. When you have such a large corporation like Best Buy, many times departments have no idea what other departments are doing.

Best buy has been having major technical difficulties over the last week. The current bustbuy.com threads talk about this a little. I imagine that it is all part of their junky system.

Since the email had no links to any sites other than bestbuy.com this is clearly not a fraud.

For what is worth, this is the reason of the title of this thread "Another Best Buy Scam???", before posting I called Best Buy and I asked if that was a legit email, and the reply was that they didn't know about it and to forward it to them, plus they will call me (over the phone, of course) to let me know what they find out. I did posted here and in other forums as well as a heads up for my fellows Anand members, and I didn't said in any given moment that "IT WAS A SCAM" as you guys can see for the question marks.
