Why cant you instore pickup like the other guy said? I understand they say they have none but if there inventory shows it, then get it online and have a copy.

that's the nature of the job. best buy retail jobs dont pay a lot, no one who works there would think of it as a career, the turnover is probably high.. how do you expect quality service? you'll have the same problems at any other retailer.

QFT. Retail sux...it pays like sh!t, no one REALLY wants to work there because of the low pay and non-existant benefits. You call for availablilty, computer says they have XY copies...if they don't indeed have them in stock, they don't give a sh!t. That's about the same attitude you'll get at any corporate retail store...use the gift card on something else, and get the game at Target.

In general they like most of the big box stores suck; but lately mainly of their deals have been after IR and not MIR, which after the last couple years of only big MIR deals sure does seem easier to swallow.

get the game at ebgames or an actual game store and use the giftcard for a different game.

Spend the extra $$ on getting the game wherever you can get it. Your time is money.

BBY, Target, Walmart, etc don't have real-time inventory, so any information given over the phone may be inaccurate. I can get one for you at target, if you want.

Next option would be to order from BBY online, then select the free "in-store" pickup option.
