Another Asus Sli problem here..

After spending all my money on a computer it is really boring when nothing seems to work. I can try to explaine: A Asus a8n sli deluxe motherboard connected with a Targan 420 24 pin psu, with 2 512 Twinmos 3200 mem, and last the Geforce 6600gt graphic card, the problem is that nothing appears on my screen, not even the bootup/startup... And the mboard speaker beeps every 3 sec or so.. Can someone please help me? Have read every post on many forums.
 
plug some speakers into the green jack on the mobos sound riser, and see what post messages you get "system failed VGA test", "system failed CPU test", ect.....
