Hell of an overclock, but you guys realize his cooling isn't normal by any means right?
He's using a Prometeia system which cools this system down to around oh....-40degrees under full load. That system in itself is about $600! And yes, I am very jealous .

That is an amazing overclock, heck I would rather have a very quiet HSF and get to "just" 3GHz.

The compressor they use in that cooling system looks very similar to the compressors used in the water fountains that were built where I worked over the summer.
