the premise seems to be that they were claiming to want to get her away from a nasty pimp but that she wasnt willing to quit being a prostitute

They had to withhold the audio due to acorn's legal maneuvers so it's heavily edited. One thing I've learned about these two is they aren't going to make statements without the proof to back it up.

Next up, I predict ACORN will say this representative speaking on camera to reporters (the statements to the media, not the undercover video) doesn't represent ACORN's values nor position.

This is a straight up pattern of behavior and it cannot be denied nor defended. About as corrupt as you can get, hell, just listen to the crazy lady that runs it. All funded by the US tax payer.

What I want to know is how many voters were registered by ACORN in Minnesota.

Do you honestly believe that they might have swayed the election or just that they are doing illegal things?

The Franklin election was decided by 312 votes. ACORN registered 43,000 new (Democratic) voters. If less than 1% of those registrations were fraudulent, the election could have gone another way.

Not to mention that ACORN is under investigation in more than 15 other states for voter fraud.

As Petranus said, there is certainly cause for concern in Minnesota where Franken won by 312 votes after multiple re-counts.

Generally more than half of all ACORN voter registration submissions nationally have been found to be fraudulent, ie for Mickey Mouse, multiple registrations, etc. ACORN claims they just submit what is given to them, but lots of registrations have been shown to have been filled out by ACORN staff and "independent" contractors paid by ACORN.

The last I checked this, 95% of all registrations submitted by ACORN canvassing have the prospective voters self-identifying as being a "Democrat." There is documentation and testimony that canvassers that register voters identifying themselves as "Republicans" for Party affiliation are fired. Additionally, there are a large number of other illegal activites under criminal investigation - for example, ACORN officials in Jacksonville, FL threw out all of the Republican registrations that came in - so this is another pattern awaiting full documentation.

The Associated Press reported on October 7 that Congresswoman Michele Bachman has asked Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty to appoint a special investigator to look into the activities of ACORN Minnesota.
