What you do is get them to take funny pictures of themselves to proove who they are and then post it on the web (this is the standard procedure).

Leet people get the scammers to send them money with promises that they will then submit there end of the bargin.

Tell them that you will send the money, but it might take a while because you earn your living running a lemonade stand and ask if they will take Pokemon cards as a trade (aka Special Ed from Crank Yankers).
