Yes I'm claiming she attracted the stalker. It was online wasn't it? Closing online conversations and disappearing is significantly easier than in person. I'm not saying that justifies the stalker/bullying that person did, but she continued to make similar poor decisions even AFTER her poor experience of making similar poor decisions. Attracting the stalker is just something that happened and that's the stalkers doing in choosing to stalk, she chose to continue the similar practices which brought upon a first stalker/bully.
