Anomolous Folder Behavior, Plz Help!

This is by far the strangest (and disconcerting) thing I've ever encountered. I downloaded a zip/rar of Y'z Shadow (of the famous Y'z Dock application for WinXP) and tried to unrar it. Everything uncompresses, but the one folder that is included WILL NOT allow me access of any kind. I cannot delete, cannot change name, cannot for the life of me get rid of it, HOWEVER it's associated files were deleted ok. So let me recap, this one folder that was part of a zip/rar will not let me alter it and it doesn't matter from where. Command prompt, nothing. Safe mode, nothing. All using the ADMINISTRATOR's account! Norton SystemWorks 2003 didn't find anything wrong with it neither. I'm seriously contemplating a format, but jesus what ever the hell this thing is it's scaring the poop out of me. here are the pictures: pic 1 pic 2 pic 3 pic 4 Plz help me, I do no fancy the idea of formatting again, just did that last week. 🙁 Thanks
