Annual credit report question

I go to : https://www.annualcreditreport.com/

I received it once, like 16 months ago. I recently signed up again for it and it said I had a security lock...and they wanted me to mail in a lot of scanned info (SS card, drivers liscense, etc, etc to verify).

I did this months ago, and I have not received anything! They do not even have a phone number to call...any ideas? Anyone else have this issue?
