Annoying window problem

Probably a simple fix for this, but I dont know what it is.

When I see a PM here, I open it up and half of the window is off screen. I have to drag it to be able to see the whole thing. When I go to reply, that window comes up in exactly the same annoying place. I dont know if this is XP or IE, but if there is a way to make it so the window opens at center screen or abouts so I dispense with the dragging, I'd appreciate knowing how.

I don't have the answer, but maybe my babbling will help bump this so someone who does know will see it.

To me, it sounds like a resolution problem at first. I have that problem sometimes if I change the resolution of my screen- end up moving windows around, but after that, they're usually good to go. Resolution and something whacked in IE would be my guesses. But after that, I dunno.

Like I said, at least a free bump for ya 😉
