Annoying startup thingy

Hi i got this little program that pops up and tells me my clock is out of date and to go to a site and d/l somthing to fix it. I know this is bull but how can i get rid of it without having to go and d/l a whole free antivirus prog (which might not catch it anyways). I tried deleting the folder it was located in but it still pops up. Ran adaware it didnt get anything any ideas on how to get rid of it quickly??

never mind i think its gone now (it reinstalled itself which is worrying) but its gone for good now i think.
