Question Annoying sound issue

The audio on my laptop suddenly has reverb, and I don't know why, nor how to change it back to normal. I've looked at every possible option in the sound properties and found nothing that makes a change.

Can someone give me a clue on this? It's a Toshiba Satellite with Windows 7. Thanks.
