Here's a short version of what's happening.

I recently got a job in a small insurance company. My job is mainly keeping the network connections working etc. The owner of the company told me to set up a wireless system on the whole office, and so I did. The thing is, one of the secretaries that works here, knows about networking because her husband was the one keeping the network before. She's arguing etc because they gave the job to me. I'm almost 100% sure she's messing it up for me, is there a way I can disble access to network resources... there's already a password working... maybe she's going around it somehow. I'm starting to get frustrating, because I have to keep coming everyday here to re-enable everything. It's really annoying, helP :(

You should be able to set a password for all of the routers and wireless access points so she can't get into the set up, at least not without physically resetting the equipment back to the factory defaults. By "network resources" do you mean the equipment, file/print shares, or what exactly?
