Annoying Micro$oft IE Side bar

When I use a website's search feature a side bar pops up in my IE about Microsoft money. It so annoying.

How do I get rid of this and prevent other programs from doing it?
 
Do you have MS Money? Trying going into the options in Money and poke around for a setting that you can uncheck.

Either that it's a option in the side bar, can't remember.
