annoying Creative EAX logo popup on startup

There's always EAX logo with sound poping up when XP starts and I can't figure out how to disable it, I looked allover the Creative Software for my SB Audigy 2 and no luck...any ideas?

sound blaster audigy 2
splash screen
click on the little circle to the bottom right of the play button
uncheck the "load on start up"
and ur done

Not sure if you can do that with Audigy1, but heres what i did;
start,
run,
msconfig
startup,
uncheck ctsplash.exe

goto c:\program files\creative\audigy
look for ctsplash.exe
rename to something like annoyingsplash.exe
open ctsplash.cfg.
remove everything in playlist and make number of plays 0.
