Annoying Buzz from TV

Okay, I have the 13" TV next to my PC hooked up to my MPEG decoder card via RCA's. It works great for watching movies on the PC; however, whenever I hook up the RCA's (audio OR composite video) I get a low buzz from the TV. The audio/video comes through fine on the TV....I'm just wondering if there's a good way to take out the interference coming from the computer.

Thanks!!!

Hmmm. If we were dealing with pro audio, then its grounding, sure and simple. But we're not. This is what I would try, make sure that the audio cables are not to close power cords from either the computer, TV or monitor (remember EMF from HS). If that doesn't work, its probably a result of the computers audio output, and the only other possible solution would be shielded cables. After that would be grounded shielded cables. Those frequency interferences are tricky. Its really more of an art to fixing it then a science. Good luck.
