Annoying Browser problems

I've got Internet explorer running on my computer at the moment, and one day I open up my browser to see THIS bar Netsearch on the top of my browser. I can't seem to get rid of it.

And ever since that bar has appeared every single stinking webpoage I go to loads just fine, but seems to pause for 3-5 seconds before I can do anything with that website.

PLease guys help me fix these browser woes. I tried installing IE6 in the hopes it would fix the problem but alas it does not work. I can remove the bar manually but it simply keeps reapearing everytime a new browser window is opened.

have you gone into to the control panel and tried add/remove programs and checked to see that something wasnt installed

Run msconfig and see if you can kill it there.

nope not in the add remove nor in msconfig.

But I have found a solution. It's a new option in IE6 where I can disable all third party software. Thanks for the help guys
