...makes me listen to a 2 minute message before i can check my voicemail, & when i try to delete/skip the message i had to start all over again. :|
 
they're switching their voicemail system over in june to a new one. this was a message telling me all about it, but it came on before i could even access my normal voicemail, so they force you to sit through it or never hear your voicemail again

Oh I hate that crap. When I activate pre-paid phones I have to sit and listen through a bunch of spam saying we have this service for this price blah blah blah.
 
thats why ATT WS sucks! i hated it. with tmobile to check voicemail i dial 123, and it gets directly to my box. with ATT you have to dial your own number, or theres one other number but either way you have to enter a password.

their whole voicemail system sucks. it takes forever to record a greeting because youre barraged with automated questions stepping you through the process... with tmobile its sooo much easier
