Shows up right under "Favorites" on the left side of my window. I've got Kerio with ad-blocking, so that's not an issue.

The ad space (blank) extends out halfway into the page horizontally, and when I inevitably and accidentally click on the space it links me to a "302 Temporarily moved" page. It seems like a few advertisements on this forum have been rather annoying recently...
 
Sorry. Can't help or even offer suggestions. Your link doesn't work for me and I don't know where your problem page is located to try and duplicate the annoyance. 🙁 Anyone else?
