Annoyed by online shoe seller

I bought some Air Jordan's at www.sneakusout.com 3 weeks ago . It said 4-5 weeks for delivery. However, today they emailed me saying the shoe I had bought are out of stock. WTF! They asked me if I was interested in some other shoes there. GREAT! Another 4-5 weeks of waiting??

I'm just annoyed. Do I have a legitimate beef against them? Can I call them out for being so slow?

4-5 weeks for deliver seems like a long long time. Eastbay took me 4-5 days i think... not sure your beef is legitimate is although understandable. IT appears that mail in rebates will come in sooner than your shoes 😛

That depends if you were charged in full at the time of ordering. If so, you have a case. If not, then there's little you can do.

Cause these are retro jordan XII's. Can't find them anywhere for a decent price.

og xii's go over $130.. i just got myself a pair of black/red retros
