Annoyance with win2k explorer

Hey all you Win2k gurus, got a poser for you.

If there's one thing that completely bugs the heck out of me, it's how Explorer starts in the default directory of \documents and settings\%username%\start menu\ . I know it's possible to change the shortcut on the start menu to start wherever you want with a little /n, /e, /select, * magic, but unfortunately that's not the windows explorer shortcut I normally use. Does anyone know of a way to change the default directory for Explorer when you launch it by right clicking the start menu and hitting Explore ??
thanks in advance....,
