Annoyance for Windows Explorer Vista

Anyone know of a tweak, setting, or a reg file that disables the auto refresh for windows explorer in Vista?

Previously in XP when I extracted or renamed something in a folder it would stay at the bottom of the list. But in Vista it feels it needs to auto refresh and alphabetize it. VERY annoying and was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to turn this feature off.

Thanks!

Ya I could but its quite annoying when you want something organized by type and it auto refreshes. It was fine in XP but for some reason they decided to change it for Vista.

It is annoying.
When I am working with a directory with lots of files and I change them either in name or make a new folder I have to scroll back up to find the folder because vista decided to refresh the folder for me.
