I don't really think that there are too many Anne Rice fan's in this forum. However, if there are I just wanted to let them know that her new novel "Merrick" is very good. Only took me 2 days to read it.

i like her Vampire Chronicles(reading the newest one now) and the Mayfair Witches as well. Your name reminds me of Servant of the Bones ;)

Toph99-

Are you reading Vitorio pr Merrick? Merrick is actaully written by David but is about a witch named Merrick.

-the name is from the book of enoch- I first saw it in Memnoch the Devil. Later to find out the Memnoch the devil is actually based on the book of enoch. Most fans haven't caught on to that yet.

The character from Servant of the Bones is Azriel.

I'm a big Anne Rice fan ... both of her vampire series, and of her witches and even her stories she penned under A.N. Rouclaire <sp?> and technically they are erotica not porn ... sorry guys there are no pictures ... she has an amazing and sometimes freaky mind ...

I've only read "Violin", but I really like it. Guess I'll have to get some more :)
And her erotica was highly recommended to me ;)

Earlier books were better. Felt like it was not a novel then but the truth. Violin didnt do much for me but have odered Merrick anyway. Stay with Vampires and Witches and Ill be happy.

Have read all of her books including the bondage porn under another name. Only one I didnt like was "The Feast of All Saints"

Hope she does more with "Memnock" and "Servant of the Bones"
