Ankle / Wrist weights

Well I was told to get a pair of ankle weights that would vary in weight, from 1 pound to 5 pounds, for my physical therapy to get some endurance in my hip flexor. However, I can't seem to find any that are good and comfortble. I'd like for them to be tight fitting, and not move around too much so I can walk around in them with or without shoes on, and small enough so I don't have this huge bulge in my jeans.

I would ultimately like to get two pair, one pair for my wrists (prolly not 1-5 pounds, but a size smaller), and a pair formy legs (only said use one leg, but recommended both for the obvious reasons of not overcompensating).

Thank you for your help and reading this thread.

Well I'm no longer a teen, and I'd like my growth to be stunted if I do grow anymore, I'm 6'4"!
