Well yeah. Many young male animated characters are prepubescent, ie: no voice breakage.
Women tend not to have their voices break either, so they make fairly decent young males.

You looked up to Goku? How old are you anyways? A lot of cartoons use female voice actors to play male characters. I don't see why it should be traumatizing at all. Even if Goku was done by a male voice actor, he probably wouldn't look anything like Goku.

You didn't know? You can't get the little kid's voice done by men.. and I'm guessing little kids aren't good enough, since you know, they aren't professional voice actors.
