i understand that during WWII Japan was part of the "Axis of Evil" and brought into Hilter's beliefs. that was a good 50 years ago!

whats up with the anime characters (strong ones anyway) having blonde hair, blue/green eyes.

some examples:

Dragonball (Goku's Super Saiyan Form) blonde/green

Naruto blonde/blue

Anime is the worst sh*t in entertainment, PERIOD. I was watching south park and they did a wonderful job, on their "Chinpokomon" episode of distilling the idiocy of anime.

I thought they were distilling the idiocy of the Pokemon fad specifically with that episode.

Though, it does make you wonder what South Park could do with 'tentacle hentai'. :laugh:

agreed.

on another note, there was an anime episode of south park that was pretty good. In it, the gang found ninja weapons and they all got drawn in the anime style.

pretty funny, especially the song.

They were, but they did have a cartoon on the tv and it made no sense, as anime makes no sense (unless you're tripping on an ounce of acid).

So blah blah, some like it some don't. The fact is that most of it suxx, even if there is a bit of good material thrown in with all the crap. Still this is all irrelevant, I'm still curious as to the answer of the OP. This isn't about whether you like it or hate it, its about the blonde hair. So whats the answer?

Oh God. That one had me in stitches. Especially when they were battling Butters evil alter ego with pretend ninja super powers and then Kenny busts Butters in the eye with a real throwing star.

i dont know what amine yo uhave seen, but most of it makes sense, has a central story and a conclusion

yes there are some that are just nonsense like pokemon which that SP em was making fun of, but they arnt the majority

anime is just like any other form of entertainment, there's plenty of stuff i can't stand, but there's a good amount of stuff i like. to each their own.

and they japan didn't "buy into" hitler's beliefs, there alliance with germany was more economical/strategical than philosophical/idealogical.

It really is as simple as what I said in my first post:

For cultures that believe that their race is superior to others, to be conquered implies that the "American" race is at an even higher level. They're Saiyans, we're Super / Ascendant Saiyans.

the idea of blonde hair/blue eyes being the superior "race" was Hilter's beliefs. I agree with you that the alliance was more eco/strat then anything else, but it has become apparent that in japanese animes they're usually the strongest and the main character.

and the naruto example, there's plenty of characters stronger than naruto that aren't blond with blue eyes.
