tsukuri masho: tsukuru = to make, masho adds the "lets"/"together"/etc... idea. tsukuri = stem of tsukurimasu
sate sate nani ga: sate is an interjection (like well, now), nani = what, ga = particle
dekiru kana: dekiru = can, kana = ~I wonder

most of the chibli studio ones are decent...

cowboy bebop dubbing was well done as well ...(the fight scenes, the breathing and grunting was well timed and seemed realistic)...


wel,l those are the only ones i found that are decent
