Animated GIF Creators

Does anyone know of a company that can create an Animated GIF for my company? Dont know how I can go about finding one. I looked for a couple of companies but mostly found those companies willing to make an entire website for me. I just need 1 animted gif......any suggestions/links?

You don't need "tools"... you just need Adobe ImageReady which comes with Photoshop. No special animation skills needed... just need to know how to create frame-by-frame.

export as animated gif


jasc paintshop pro comes with a pretty straightforward animation program.
