75 in a 35, "I drive like this all the time", was she TRYING to fail the driving test, I'd a told her to pull over right, there failed her then made her ride back to the DMV in the back seat, fat-assed skank POS, all he did was ask her to slow down IN A DRIVING TEST no less..
