Anger Management

Things have been getting to me lately (work, relationship, health, etc.) and I've found myself extremely angry most of the time.

I've talked about some of the issues, others I can't really discuss. Sometimes discussing things just makes me more frustrated and angry.

Most things are out of my control, and I'm having a hard time coping with that.

Ideas on dealing with anger without hurting myself or someone I'm close to?
 
/wrist repeatedly. Oh wait, I missed the part about not hurting yourself. Drugs. Lots and lots of drugs. Get OD all the time.
 
Control the part of your brain that releases anger. Ask yourself why you are getting angry. Figure our what is making you angry. It is too easy to get angry and it is very hard to learn how to control that anger. Do you want to do what is easy or do what is hard?
 
Figure out what's making you angry and either get away from it or destroy it, depending on whether or not that violates your "not hurting myself or someone I'm close to" resolution.

Unfortunately, I can't do much physically exerting (anything aerobic or cardio) due to my health condition.

If you OD right, you only need to do it once.

Long walks, physical exertion on the solitary type is the best, that way no one else will get you more frustrated.

Long walk sounds like a fine idea.

Synthetic aortic valve (it was replaced in 1999 at age 29), as a result of Marfan Syndrome. I'm taking blood thinners and keep my blood pressure low with medication to reduce stress on my heart. So aerobic-cardio exercise is out of the question.
