Hey guys, I have some random questions, and I have no idea where to find the answer.

If there is someone who wants to take an anger management class, or get counseling for an anger issues, how can they go about it? Do you have to go through your HMO? Are there places where you can get free or discounted help? I just have no idea about this stuff, and I was wondering what the right resources might be.

I couldn't find anything specific on this in a search. Thanks for your help! :)

will u get angry if no one answer yr post?

seriously, sending employee to take anger management class (in the aftermath of department property
destruction from being thrown and kicked) is like sending them to potty training class after they defecate on
the director's desk....point is, it's not supposed to happen in the first place and absolute grounds for dismissal
but then this is the real world, the reportee becomes the troublemaker

Way to take responsibility for your actions! You're on the right track. :)

You could talk to your regular doctor and see if he/she can recommend anyone, or you can look for Professional Counselors in the yellow pages. Maybe a local hospital has anger management classes, who knows.

You gotta get...that...dirt off ya shoulders! :p
