She's in a pop culture book I have that was published in 1992. The article in the book mentions that she first started using billboards in 1981.

Aaaaaah.. my head is spinning. The article mentions that there is a number on those billboards you can call. That number is of Angelyne Management. Why would anyone call that number and what kind of service does one expect from her? Or is she famous just for having her pics up everywhere, kinda like those despots who need statues and portraits everywhere.

I think she's more famous for her self promotion than for anything she has done. According to my book, she claims to have been in five movies.

At the time the book was published, she was around forty years old. So, I guess she's in her fifties now. Possibly sixties if she lied about her age. 😉
