Okay, they asked for it by quoting some random jacktard as saying they're going to be one of the most influential bands evar.

Can't find songs.

Conclusion: Band does not exist.

I heard some of their songs on a Rolling Stone podcast interview and I really liked them, but I downloaded the songs the OP mentioned and they sounded almost completely different.

I don't like the Angels and Airwaves I'm hearing, mostly due to Tom Delonge's voice. *shudder*

I heard about them ever since blink decided to "take time off" (yes, I am glad they broke up, I am just waiting for the official announcement). As for the new band, he claimed it is gonna be the start of a revolution. This is the same guy who said that Take off your pants and jacket would be the hardest and most punk album yet....look what happened.

I wish.

I'm sorry you feel that way.

Don't get me wrong, I loved Blink for a while there (middle school)- but then they started trying to get all deep and interesting, and never quite realized that they suck at writing anything meaningful or lasting when they're not just fvcking around and having fun.

this band is going to suck too, isn't it?

I've heard the hype from DeLonge... it almost sounds like sarcasm he praises it so much. Guess we'll have to wait and see. I've only heard that song they have a video for on their website ("Adventure"?), wasn't anything great but it was ok.

Wow, didn't think they were on the radio yet since their cd isn't out for over a month. I know Tom played a few songs live on some Californian station though. I just updated my original post with DL links to all their songs.

I like the album... a little "airy" sounding.

Mixture of like this spiritual 80's pop and mid 90's alt rock ballads.

Still good, if it wasn't for Tom's long nasal voice it wouldn't be "uplifting". I don't like the motto. I'd rather feel good today and tomorrow than just for tomorrow. Wrong message guys... I want to think positive now.
