Android tablets worth waiting for ????

The 7" inch seems to be there flagship model with a
- Dual core 1.2Ghz instead of 1.0 for the 10.1" inch
- Best of all 1280x800 resolution.
I'm just attracted more toward the 7" tablet cause I can palm it with one hand.
With the dual-core, it should be able to run Flash without hiccups.

It won't be out till April 2011 and the iPad should be out by then.
Unless Apple decides to make a 7" iPad, this one looks the most attractive to me by far.

I'm definitely waiting for something running 2.3 or 3.0, supposedly Moto will be getting the first 3.0 tablet but who knows. Hell if there is a decent revision to WP7 and it goes on a tablet I might go with that, my house as a whole is much more MS based than Google (WHS, 4x W7, X360, 2x MCX).
