Android tablet for taking notes

Used it for notes today in a meeting. 8" will probably be too small but will stick it out for a while.

One thing though. I have an app for drawing on my Kindle that I put on to keep my grand daughter occupied. I noticed that when I write on it, it cleans up my hand writing. Is there a tablet that does this or are those of us with terrible handwriting doomed?

I also have a work laptop. I now carry my SP2 around everywhere, and when necessary RDP into the work laptop. It is fucking awesome.

No final decision.
No way I could remotely connect to my work laptop. They lock down that thing so tight you could sharpen a pencil in the usb port.
