Android seperate screen power settings for on battery and plugged in?

I have the Samsung Epic and I can't seem to find seperate power settings for when the device is on battery and for when it's plugged in?

Ex.

Battery:

Screen Auto Brightness, Timeout 1 minute

Plugged In:

Screen Max Brightness, Never Timeout

For never time-out, just go into Settings->Applications->Development and check "Stay Awake"
