Android Marshmallow Back Arrow on LG

Question, all in store demo models that have lollipop or marshmallow, the back arrow points to the left mostly but will point downwards when a keyboard is displayed. How can I get my LG G3 to do this? Mine just stays pointing to the left all the time. I know how to use the phone without it doing this, but I am picky.
 
Nothing you can do, lg programmed their button a certain way, in this case they programmed it in a way opposite to aosp.
