Android, is there any reason to download and use yahoo mail app vs android mail app

seems like yahoo mail app is hogging 160mb of ram and the only thing I lose by using android default mail app is push. Is there a way I can get push back on the stock android mail app with yahoo?

You can even use the GMail app now for Yahoo.

The new gmail app does this but it only allows you to set it to fetch (check every 15,30,etc minutes). The yahoo app does push email.

You can pipe your Yahoo mail through Gmail. Even still send E-mail as your @Yahoo account.

This would also allow you to try Google's new Inbox too. That is if you get an invite.
