Android: How to copy an image for copy/paste?

One forum I Belong to allows you to just paste the image instead of uploading.

Copy/paste puts a big pic in my post.
Uploading the pic puts a small avatar size pic and people have to click on it to enlarge.

But I can't figure out how to copy an image in Android 8.
