Agreed. Jeffery Dahmer was clinically insane, but the thing is he knew what he did was against the law and wrong. He didn't get off so easy. Andrea Yates kills her kids, knowing full well that what she was doing was wrong. She did it because she was clinically depressed... but she did know right from wrong even when she was doing it.

The only reason she is getting off is she was the mother and she is a female. If it was the husband he would get life or the death penalty.
