Bitchslike this need to rot in jail.

According to court papers, alleged victim Andrea McNulty allegedly bragged to a co-worker about having consensual sex with Roethlisberger.

In a sworn statement, the woman, whose name has not been released, said McNulty did not appear to be upset about the incident.

The witness went on to say McNulty expressed the possibility of being pregnant and she was hoping for "a little Roethlisberger."

McNulty claims in her suit that Roethlisberger sexually assaulted her last year inside a hotel room at the Harrah's in Lake Tahoe.

Roethlisberger claims his innocence and denies all allegations against him.

Roethlisberger has twice led the Steelers to Super Bowl victories in his five-year career and is one of the biggest names in sports.

False reports of sexual assault should carry extremely harsh penalties. I dont care if it is against a NFL star or Joe Blow. It ruins lives.

It also makes people skeptical when women who are really abused make reports.

While yes, false reports like this are absurd and she deserves some sort of punishment - I've heard that she's getting death threats and hundreds of phone calls from irate fans - even BEFORE this news came out. Like right after the allegations were made.

THOSE people need to rot in jail as well.

I'd be completely fine with the penalty being identical to whatever Roth would have got. If some dumb whore is proven to be lying in an effort to get money, she should serve the same sentence that Roth would have gotten had he been found guilty.

Re-read what I said. Before any proof that she was lying came out, this happened. So what if it WERE true? At that time, we had no evidence one way or another. If it WERE true, then those calls/threats were totally unwarranted. And even if its not, those people are still breaking the law and belong in jail right beside her.

Re-read what I said. Before any proof that she was lying came out, this happened. So what if it WERE true? At that time, we had no evidence one way or another. People already knew that prosecutors werent pressing criminal charges. Usually that is a good indicator that there is no evidence of assault.

Well that depends. If her story that the police blew her off what evidence will they have?

Honestly we have no idea who's lying. Almost every time you hear a story about some pro player getting rape accusations thrown out them, there's always someone swearing that the girl was thrilled/excited said player banged her.
