ey, on the bgirht side, it costs geor only ~$0.03 per 1000 gallons for water and $0.043 for 1000gallons of sewer treatment. That's pretty cheap!!

there is a water bill collection on my Credit report, I am not paying it...$300 for a month.

I was notified by a collection agency 6 months after I moved out.

They couldn't provide a copy of the bill, my roommates name was on the bill so the water company wouldn't let me know.

I get a copy a year later, call the water company to dispute it...not on file anymore, only shows a $300 non-payment.

it's been going on almost 5 years. The collection agency wants me to send them the money without any letter other than a copy of the amount owed.

I want a release of debt.
